🤎March Goals 🤎


So it’s March already and February kicked my tale 😂 (trying to stop swearing so much) but yeah! I decided to go one a cleanse from alcohol. I wasn’t a drunk… but your girl didn’t mind a few drinks after a long day of dealing with other people mental health. So it started to become to frequent so I decided to cleanse myself… that’s when I realized that I had went too far. I went thru some crazy withdrawals. But going in 7 days In and I feel soo much better. I also started 31 days of becoming more mentally fit So I can become more physically fit. You must train your mind to get your body to follow. It is apart of the weight loss strategy. Make you be always believe in yourself even when it feels like you can not go on you gotta believe In the one glimmer of hope.
